Tava & Talikins is run by husband and wife team Agnes & Brian. Talikins was born almost 4 years ago and has evolved through various seasons to what it is today. Our lovely stockists can be found all over the South Island and beyond. We also sell online and we do various shows around the country where we get to meet all our great customers face to face.

Agnes is the driving force behind everything and everyone as far as Tava & Talikins is concerned. She's the ideas brain and is forever thinking of ways to improve what we already have or to create something new. Agnes is happiest hanging out with her gorgeous little girls and Brian, snapping photos, playing with fabric, getting lost in a book, talking politics and solving the world's problems.

Brian is the man that keeps everything ticking over, handles all the little things that everyone else misses and supplies the coffee, the know how and the wonder how. Brian makes sure we all get to shows on time, makes sure that everything is packed and ready and that the stock is always up-to-date. When he's not working he's working anyway - finishing houses off, doing this and that. It's not likely he'll get bored anytime soon and due to lack of sleep and ample amounts of work he has a bad habit of falling asleep when out/or in with friends. Brian enjoys working on cars, hanging out with his girls, talking politics, fixing things and proving to people that what they said can't be done CAN be done - and easily at that.

We also have a whole bunch of wonderful people who help us out, pop in and work hard.

Our faith keeps us grounded, our girls keep us amused and Tava keeps us busy - and we love it!
